Sounds pretty calming in the opening and ending, though the synths were maybe a bit too much on the loud side? Nothing a brief tweak or two wouldn't fix, though.

Thanks for the feedbackk! I noticed it that too i couldn't find better synth tho :(
That PC-98 ride sample though...
The flanging on the piano gives it a nice, ethereal sound. Kinda reminds me of OFF's title screen, although a bit more... bittersweet in tone? Can't tell if it's relaxing or saddening.
Thank you. :D
SC-88 instruments? Yes. Smooth sax? Heck yes. A reference to the original song Ice Cap was based off of? HELL YES.
Threw me for a loop when I saw this on SiIvaGunner, of all places. I'd say it definitely deserved to make the cut, cuz it's a very unique and relaxing take on the Aqua Star theme. It almost gives me Sonic CD vibes, though I dunno if that's what you were going for. Certainly can't complain, though!
WEEEW I wasn’t expecting that DnB at the end!! It’s a bit too loud though, you might want to adjust that.
Yeah I was having all kinds of issues with the leveling. You live and you learn! I could probably back off the compression a tad and pull it down. The problem I had is there were so many instances of compressors that it started crashing. Will update you if I do indeed fix that :)
The composition is a tad repetitive in terms of chord progression, but the instrumentation is amazing. Keep it up!
Thanks for your response pal, I'm happy that i received some review here in new ground, i used to upload in yt tho xD
I kept expecting the lo-fi filter on some of the instruments to cut back into something more standard around one of the beat drops. The idea of making an entire song sound like that is a clever one!
You've got a nice balance between natural-sounding and more synthy instruments going on in this song. It definitely works well!
Thank you. :D
